to operate its daily affairs, according to BallenIsles past president fred corrado.
“one of our defining moments was bringing in the best management company in the
world,” says corrado, who was the club’s
president when troon golf started in fall 2008.

from, but if they don't have the right mix of
great facilities, good employees and sound
management, a club can never achieve greatness. We are always aiming for greatness."

tion survey. according to BallenIsles leadership,
their club’s “net Promoter” ranking, used to evalu-
ate loyalty and the club’s relationships scores, has
nearly tripled since troon took over.
